About Us
Little Learners Montessori Preschool is a small and intimate home based preschool based in Airdrie, Alberta. It is the perfect place for your child to begin their journey of learning.My name is Miss. Rekha and I am the owner and operator of Little Learners Montessori Preschool. I take great pride in working with my little learners! I hold a Montessori Teaching Diploma and an Early Learning Child Care Certificate. I also have over ten years of experience working with children in a public school setting.I am a wife and a mom to two wonderful children! Airdrie has been my home for the last 5 years.

Learning Through Play
Montessori method
The Montessori method of education was developed by Italian physician Maria Montessori. Emphasizing independence, it views children as naturally eager for knowledge and capable of initiating learning in a sufficiently supportive and well-prepared learning environment. Sensory Play
Sensory play includes any activity that stimulates your young child's senses: touch, smell, taste, movement, balance, sight and hearing. I can’t say enough good things about Miss.Rekha! After only one year there, my daughter got such a good foundation that she’s now doing grade 1 work at four years old. I wish my older son would have had Miss.Rekha back when he was preschool age too. This place is fantastic for kids!
My son loves going to Little Learners! He is learning so much and always asks when school is!
She is amazing with my kids!
My daughter loves it there! She loves to observe but less intensity than at her daycare and easier to relax and join in any activities.
